This service consists in particular of appropriate maintenance visits of European Technology Srl to its customers' laboratories. With our most important customers, or anyway with those who request it, we usually sign up a personal agreement.In order to understand this service, it will divide it into three parts:

Installation and set-up test |

of the apparatus. Before performing these two steps, operating conditions (placement, repeatability, services, ...) must be checked to guarantee proper operation of the apparatus. The preparation of the set-up process is very precise and it requires on-the-spot inspections made by the team of European Technology Srl before the delivery of the instrument. In this way we save time and guarantee correct results. The installation process includes also the training of the personnel who will use the analysis apparatus. During the training our technicians will explain how the instrument work, the analyses it can be used for and the main error messages that it can give and how to solve them. |

Calibration |

of the apparatus in accordance with European Technology's specifications or those of manufacturers and following international standard test methods. The tools used to accomplish the calibration have metrological traceability guaranteed by national and international calibration centres. |

Preventive and corrective maintenance |
|
Preventive and corrective maintenance visits are planned together with the customer and they include a series of operations, checks and actions that must reduce the frequency of failures and keep the apparatus within the original technical specifications. Corrective maintenance is, instead, the repair of the instrument after a failure. The request for a maintenance visit can be sent by e-mail or fax. Our purpose is to give a reply to this request in the shortest possible time and to solve the problem during one visit. Furthermore we offer our customers phone assistance. |
