By trading we do not simply mean the purchase of goods from our manufacturers, but also all the activities necessary to satisfy the customer's requests. First of all we offer our customers competent consultancy during the phase preceding the purchase, in order to define the technical features of the instrument that better satisfies the customer's needs. During the sales process we offer a complete service consisting of installation and set up of the apparatus, training of the customers using it and all the information necessary to understand the instrument and use it properly, such as operating manuals in Italian. Finally we perform an efficient follow-up process through our technical service that extends even after the warranty time and that is mainly regulated by contracts, signed up to better satisfy the customers' needs. |
